Skunks are actually plain smelling. (Though plain, it's still bad.) It's only when they spray that it's putrid though. It's only -REAL- predator is the Great Horned Owl, which has poor to nonexistent sense of smell (like most birds). :]

Just found this site! I'm absolutely in love with the characters and art, and am sad to look through the archives and see that what used to be a quite regular posting has come to a halt.
I'll be checking back and hoping that you'll continue this story to its thrilling conclusion!
